I wish the trailers had spare tires there are still many areas in northern Quebec and Ontario that don’t have cell signal

Lors d’une assistance routière ça devrait être donné à une cie près de l’emplacement où tu as besoin d’assistance. Donner l’appelle à une compagnie de Dorval quand tu es à saint-jerome et devoir attendre 2h pour le service c’est pas vraiment agréable.

Moving on its own is a stressful experience but U haul managed to make it worse. I was told when I reserved the truck (which I did in person) that I would be picking up in one of two locations in St Jerome. The day before pick up I get a call telling me the pickup is actually in Mount Tremblant…. A full hour further away. Which translates to two hours to get there and then back to our location. When I made my reservation I was asked for my Visa and told the card would be charged upon pick up. At pickup my daughter had to pay with her Visa. I had told the employee I was not picking up the truck myself to which I got a no problem. Honestly, really poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone

The trailer smelled like barn animal. There was hay in the trailer. I had to wash it with soap and water before using it and my mattress now picked up some of the smell.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la personne qui s'est occupée de notre dossier a .été efficace, attentionnée, elle nous a bien expliqué les termes du contrat. Le véhicule était propre, il avait été déneigé, et il avait même été démarré à l'avance pour que l'intérieur soit chaud, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

J ai commander via l application de huault mais ces applications n'es pas a jour. L'emplacement où je devais récupérer la location ne dispose pas de boîte à clé pour récupérer en dehors des heures d ouverte. L emplacements où je devais aller porter ma location ne fait plus la location de huault depuis maintenant 6 ans. Une chance que le commerce ou j'ai récupéré ma location sont a jours il mon indiquer le bon endroit. Ne jamais faire affaire avec l application huault

For such a massive trailer, 6’ x12” covered with large tongue there was no crank or wheel to hold it up and connect it to truck. It was very heavy empty and barely liftable and then when it was packed and we needed to remove it from the truck it was impossible!! All trailers regardless of size need that Jack-post or wheel on the tongue. I almost didn’t bother taking the trailer it made the job near impossible! The gentleman at the location was organized and the equipment clean BUT he didn’t even help get the heavy trailer on and shrugged his shoulders when I suggested a jack-post or wheel be standard! Really really tough experience and not practical whatsoever

Je déplore le fait que même si vous faites votre ''check in online'', le temps requis pour récupérer le véhicule a été très long (St-Jovite/Mont Tremblant). Il faut accélérer ce service. J'avais choisi 9h00 a.m. et j'ai quitté le dépanneur à 9h35. C'est comme si j'avais fait l'enregistrement en ligne absolument pour rien.

We booked on the internet. When we arrived, they said it was written to pick it up at 120km from here so we had to pay an extra fee of 600$!!! We had the confirmation with us to pick it up here (so do they) but it took us 1h to find a solution. The feeling was very bad and the kept telling us « it’s your fault if you decide to book on the internet and not with us ». The fuel tank was very low (we had 750km to do) so bas surprise. The truck was absolutely not confortable and very old (no back up signals or camera, no gps…). Not impressed.
