Nothing to mention - very friendly and helpful service
Kirk EWhen i picked up the rental i wasn't given a drop off adress. I was give a phone number and told to call them when i was ready to drop off the equipment and provide the u-haul adress i found online. When i called i was transfered to an agent and he could not find a drop off even when i provided the adress. I was transfered to a manager but was transfered to a queue and i ended up getting options that did not match my query. We called the u-haul in mont-tremblant and they said to come over, they would figure out the paperwork for the drop of location. The manager was very friendly, we were in a rush to drop off the equipment before he closed and we forgot to sweep the truck, he landed a broom so we could sweep it quickly. So to better serve your clients be aware of the difficulties with your app, and your queue.

De nous laisser croire qu’il y a les véhicules et le service disponibles dans certaines succursales, quand dans les faits, ce n’est pas le cas et nous ne l’apprenons que la veille… ce qui ne nous laisse peu de temps pour ajuster notre planification en fonction de notre budget.
