Was frustrating that I had to drive an hour to pick up a trailer after originally reserving it in Wetumpka, AL. Also when I arrived the reservation had been canceled "due to being late". Moving is not easy, and delays often occur, add on the unexpected hour drive to pick it up and the potential for being late is high. Thankfully the folks at the location were kind and professional and got us reconfirmed. Let's go U-Haul, you can do better!

Both tires were bald on the inside. One of which showing cord. Did not see this to at pick up location of vehicle with no other option than to use trailer the way it was.

we verified the left and right turn signals worked, along with the brake lights. I don't think we verified the rear tail lights functioned. Because they didn't most of the time and when driving at night- I was forced to use the hazard lights. There was likely a short in the wiring - or you'll blame it on my vehicle. Either way - it wasn't tested at time of departure. The guy was very friendly and helpful - aside from that.

We were met with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness and it took only 5 minutes. Superior service, nothing like the sorry service at 6th St. in Hartselle, AL. The manager her came out to the truck immediately after pulling in. He didn't wait for us to come in and then check the truck. We highly recommendation this location.
