The location was closed so we didn’t interact with anyone. The location wasn’t trashy but seemed unorganized. I’m sure if someone was there, they would’ve been able to direct us where they wanted the trailer dropped. I wanted to rent from here and drop as a local rental, but was directed to Talladega for the pickup when my order was confirmed the next day. Since Talladega is an hour away, we chose to pickup in B’ham and do a one-way dropping in Alex City.
Chris CI don't care. Why don't you make it right with me first. For what I payed that truck should have been delivered to my driveway with a full tank of fuel. Your business model is lacking professionalism.
