Luckily for uhaul, the roadside assistance and drop off saved my overall opinion of renting ( and I’ve used y’all many times) Drop off was clean and organized and the contact there was very pleasant and helpful!

Location address not where the rental office is located. Several calls went unanswered after call ahead to verify time . No mention of office address was different. Caused overrun on mileage which got charged . Wish had gone with the competition although it cost more.

Vehicle noisy, rides rough. Would not want to go cross country in that truck. New shocks might help the ride.

Where do I begin? This was the most frustrating experience I think I've ever had. It is the fault of your electronic check-in process which would not allow me to input a month, date, and year and then submit. It didn't work on an Android or an IPhone, and the whole experience took two hours to open the key box so that I could take the truck.

I had a hard time accessing the lock box code and customer service did little to help. Had to figure it out on my own and barely made it out with my rental truck
