Alexander HThe only issue I have is that the address is incorrect. It states 2000 South Mannheim. This is not correct. The manager knew the exact problem when I called. This cost me an extra $50 in cab fare to get to the right location.

ARSEN MSomething to improve is making people wait while tend to other customers. The gentleman that helped me in the beginning, I understand that they were by themself but checking other people out and making me wait so I can be last wasn’t cool. It didn’t even take that long to check out. I had to wait for people buying alcohol while they played lottery. Until he realized that they were taking a while that’s when he decided to tend to me.

STANISLAV DI called days before they came had it towed. I told them I was still using the van. They took it without notice and need to take the towing fee off bill. Wasn’t supposed to be recovered. There was damage to van when they picked it up but have charged me for damage. That also needs to be taken off bill.

LUIS NPicked up the UHaul with ease. At the U-Haul storage facility the truck got stuck inside but the UHaul employees were witty and came up with a solution. Really great service. I put a little extra gas before returning because I was very impressed.

TESFAY MFirst tell people they can’t pay with cash. Second when someone has the pick up at one location don’t change it on them and expect them to drive over an hour and than take over an hour to get them going out the door. We got offered no discount and the equipment we needed was at the original pick up.

Judith Li ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck. I was still charged for the dolly even after taking a picture of the back of the truck to show that it was not there. made moving very difficult
Christine JVehicle was clean but brakes and suspension felt very worn. Great service at pick up and drop off. Have to be careful using GPS to this location because when you click on the address in the application it took me to another address 15 miles away. Ended up being late to pick up do to this

Kisbel VWas told to fill the gas to the level i rent but i still got charge for gas after i fill up above the level i rent.
Woote PThe truck was old (it had hand-cranked windows, manual door locks, etc.) but it was in good condition. I do think the price (79 cents a mile, plus I had to bring it back full of gas) was pretty steep. No other complaints.

Tesfay MLocation was changed last minute, the lady in Indiana was very helpful though. Paid for a half pack of furniture pads and they werent there...had to go ask for some and only received three.
Krystle RAs this location is a 24-hour gas station, pickup & drop-off was easy. Equipment was just OK. Fairly clean. Engine seemed to rev higher than I thought it should. I've rented more than a few of these and I don't remember them revving this much for this size chassis.
