I have called the location earlier that day to inform them that I will late. The personnel was helpfull.ARIEL A.
The interior of the truck was disgusting and had not been cleaned as evidenced by the crushed chips in the passenger seat and dirt in the floor boards. The exterior of the truck hadn't been washed either. The EZ loading ramp was bent and had to be replaced at a U-haul servicing plant (they were amazing by the way) delaying my trip by at least 2.5 hours. I also had to spend 25 minutes for them to look for a dolly, when they couldn't find one they just gave me their own personal dolly. This was not an official U-haul facility and you could tell. The only reason I didn't give this place 1-star is due to the kindness of the staff.Ryan M.
Be aware of the days and hours of operation of the location before renting a truck out of the location. Make sure that they're open on the day that you schedule rental to be picked up..Christopher T.
I showed up to the location about 8:50 my point was at 9 the truck that they had for me I could not get so I had to get a bigger truck by the time I got everything done it was 9:45 which is 45 minutes past when I supposed to have the truck when I got the truck there was dog food and some big glass table have broke inside the truck so we had to clean it out so we wouldn't be accused of leaving it in there but I got to return the truck I put the gas back where it was but they still want to charge me $130 for gas even though the gas was not full when I received the truck it was at 1/8 I think it was barely past empty but I put the gas back there and I still got charged a fuel fee plus a gas fee I've been waiting for someone to call me back I dropped the truck off on the 29th the day is the 1st of May and I still haven't had anyone call me to discuss these extra fees they are trying to charge me if I I would not use you all again I would rather pay movers to move me because it would have been a been cheaper and they charge $115 an hour so if anyone sees this could they please call me Lisa session 713-822-6462 very disappointed in the fees in the charges and I'm still waiting on the manager at that location to call me back and like I said I hadn't I have not received the callLisa S.
