I picked the u haul truck up on E and brought it back in E And they still charged my account I would rather rent a box truck before referring u haul to anybody

It was a very strange location with garbage and coffins all over the front of the location. There was a woman there trying to pick up her truck for 4 hours. I wasn't sure if I should have left the truck where i did. The manager of the location did come while i was there. He was friendly, but i didn't realize he was the manager at first.

Torea MThis place was really ghetto. The person took my payment information on his personal phone. Also they over charged me and did not put in the correct mileage that I used. When I asked if they had an appliance dolly they couldn’t provide me with that so I had to go and find a appliance dolly else where. If I could give this store 0 stars I would.
