the guys working that day were very pleasant and willing to help me get a truck rented. made me feel like a valued customer, would use them again and refer anyone that needs a truck to go to this location

The operator at this U-Haul location had little to no experience on how to finalize my rental. He had to call U-Haul to walk him through the procedure. This delayed our move by approximately 45 minutes. Because severe rain storms were approaching, this made my experience extremely stressful and forced us to load our home furnishings during a rain storm. I would NEVER use this location again and I would NEVER recommend this location to others.

The staff there were great! Helped us load the car on the auto hauler and get it connected to the uhaul truck and ensured everything was secured for our trip.

The U haul web site indicated that the Adams st location where i had my reservation was open until 6 PM. I had a reservation for 8:30 AM on Weds morning 11/6. I arrived in Huntington earlier than expected and drove to the Adams st. location to see if i could change my reservation to Tuesday and pick up the dolly early or cancel my original reservation and make a new one. When i got to the Adams st location. their sign said closed at 4:30. I would not have chased all over trying to get an early start. If i had known that the web site was wrong. The gentleman At the location was very nice and handled the transaction properly. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE WITH THE CORRECT INFO.
