I called to say I was on my way cause I was running 20 minutes late and 10 minutes had already gone by so I’d be there in 10 minutes and the girl said she waited for me and was leaving to drop a car off and wouldn’t be back til 1. It was 12:10. She didn’t get back til after 1:30 so I had to wait. I understand I should have been on time but I did call and they couldn’t wait 10 minutes on me so I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes on them.

This location was unmanned during business hours. I had to go twice to get help. When the man came to help unload the trailer, he was nice, but unloaded and then left immediately. I was left having to call to get a receipt.
