They did not have the dolly we ordered. The truck was dirty. They made us switch pick up locations. Tried to sell us insurance when we had already gotten it.

I reserved truck and 2 furniture dollies at one location and I reserved a confirmation confirming that location. Later, I received an email”update” changing the pickup and drop off location which was further away. Then, there were no furniture dollies available. I had to pay for extra mileage due to the change in location and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas when the total mileage used was only 18 miles. Poor customer service.

morgan sThe charges were ridiculous 🙄. I used the truck to pick up one item and was charged 170 dollars, most of which were ridiculous fees. Will not ever use again or recommend!
