The manager was very polite and professional. He explained the blankets we reserved were not available. He apologized we were not notified prior to our arrival. This is a big negative! We had to search for and buy blankets. Our experience could have been much better!

Employees were helpful when company equipment was not operating. U haul relies too much on technology.
David MThey did not have the dolly we ordered. The truck was dirty. They made us switch pick up locations. Tried to sell us insurance when we had already gotten it.
Suzanne FI reserved truck and 2 furniture dollies at one location and I reserved a confirmation confirming that location. Later, I received an email”update” changing the pickup and drop off location which was further away. Then, there were no furniture dollies available. I had to pay for extra mileage due to the change in location and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas when the total mileage used was only 18 miles. Poor customer service.
Burt BDid not receive the dolly I paid for and still got charged for it.
