We originally reserved a truck at the ridgeland location...got there & no truck. Went to the Jacksin location...they had trucks but we couldn't rent any because they were only fornin town moves. Flowwod was out 3rd location & Carrie helped us get everything straightened out. Made 2 calls to Uhaul: the 1st was useless & the 2nd was helpful. We ended up 2 hours late for the move, extremely frustrated & had to pick up & drop off at a location that was very inconvenient. Carrie at Flowood was great but Uhaul stinks!! I would never recommend them again. We've never had these problems with Uhaul.

HOLLAND BThe people at the store location were great, but the U-Haul person, (not related to Devon) I spoke with trying to access lock box was awful. Luckily our work was not impacted by your system not allowing us to access the truck until the store opening. The additional two confirmations with phone numbers at pickup is flawed and your online specialist was rude and unhelpful.
