The location is clean but the entrance was confusing. No one came out, ecen though there were cars there. Your return process is grueling and tedious and your app desperately needs updating.

We originally reserved a truck at the ridgeland location...got there & no truck. Went to the Jacksin location...they had trucks but we couldn't rent any because they were only fornin town moves. Flowwod was out 3rd location & Carrie helped us get everything straightened out. Made 2 calls to Uhaul: the 1st was useless & the 2nd was helpful. We ended up 2 hours late for the move, extremely frustrated & had to pick up & drop off at a location that was very inconvenient. Carrie at Flowood was great but Uhaul stinks!! I would never recommend them again. We've never had these problems with Uhaul.
