How communication would help between your different sites . Also maybe not over book trucks so that people don’t have to drive another hour and half to another location to pick up a truck . The only thing good about my experience was that TLC movers who came and helped my son move were amazing very friendly and very helpful. But U-Haul your company needs some serious help with communication.

The checkin process through the app needs to be simpler. A large part of the pick up process could have been done at the time of the reservation or by a u haul employee ahead of time. Also shouldn't have to answer a lot up upselling questions that were already answered during the reservation. It is already kinda ridiculous the amount of upselling questions that get asked during the initial reservation, then you get asked all the same questions again at pickup. The equipment was very worn and not very clean, the truck provided was very worn and even had a check engine light on during the entire rental. Overall not overly impressed with the whole process.
