My pick-up was scheduled for 3:00 pm. No one was there. 3other people waiting, doors locked, lights off. I was charged $66 more than I was quoted with no good explanation. She said it would probably be refunded. I have no receipt yet. Worst experience with Uhaul ever.

Honestly, the system was down when I arrived (not the locations fault) it took an hour to get through and checked in. Then I was given the wrong key. After using the truck for a couple hours and only driving 6 miles I was charged for 10. (I have photos of start and stop odometer readings)

Juliann cHow communication would help between your different sites . Also maybe not over book trucks so that people don’t have to drive another hour and half to another location to pick up a truck . The only thing good about my experience was that TLC movers who came and helped my son move were amazing very friendly and very helpful. But U-Haul your company needs some serious help with communication.
