I made a reservation for a 15 footer, and a Dolly online. Unfortunately they did not have my Dolly. I don't know why online it said they have all these upgrades if you cannot get what you pay for.
JULIAN PWe did not meet or see any staff. The signage said the location was open even though it was a weekend however the doors were locked and the facility was closed. So we did the after hours drop of the vehicle.
Robert FNothing against the representative, she was excellent! However, I was referred to a storage unit through UHaul and promised the first month free. But the 380 Storage I went to isn't even a UHaul representative and I was charged for the first month. I could of just went to the storage that I picked the UHaul up from and came out cheaper.

Brooke MCouldn't shut off the headlights--lessened gas mileage. Truck didn't have cruise control--cruise control tends to increase gas mileage. Better gas mileage very important when paying $4.00+ for gallon of gas. Truck very noisy and engine probably needed valves adjusted--loud tapping noise.
JOHN CI did not use any rental equipment, there was not anything in the truck no dolly , blankets not one thing but potting soil and dirt. They charged me 162.00 $ we need to talk. The guy who rented the truck to us didn't look at truck mileage nothing.

CHELSEYA MI needed a 15' truck, 2 dozen furniture pads, a furniture and utility dolly for my move. During the booking, the site never indicated that the furniture pads I needed were not available, I didn't find out until I was at the counter to begin the checkout process. The employee told me that although they rented the trucks, they didn't carry the pads. I can see the retailer not having moving boxes as they take up a lot of room, but furniture pads are pretty essential to moves. The truck I was given was dirty, and poorly maintained. the front corner of the cargo area on the drivers side had a pretty good crease in it from where someone hit something. Overall, it was a pretty crappy experience. If I can help it, I plan to NEVER use U-Haul again, Nor will go back to the place I got the truck from as they don't carry the equipment I need.
RICKY CWhen i dropped the truck off, i wasn't able to get it checked in through the website. Therefor due to.no signage of the name, wasn't positive it was 100% accurate. I was able to speak with someone tye morning it was due back by, and able to get the truck completely checked it. I was informed that i had left some personal belongings, and they allowed me to come pick them up.
THERESA WRented a truck. Had to sweep it out twice before putting anything in it. I let Bri know about the debris in the truck. She apologized. Everything was fine. It happens at times.
FREMA CThe only problem I’m having is I was charged by uhaul more than what I was supposed to be. I was told to give an estimated amount of mileage and I’d be charged at end with how many miles I did. I drove 11 miles and was charged for 25. Other than that it was good
