We did not meet or see any staff. The signage said the location was open even though it was a weekend however the doors were locked and the facility was closed. So we did the after hours drop of the vehicle.

Nothing against the representative, she was excellent! However, I was referred to a storage unit through UHaul and promised the first month free. But the 380 Storage I went to isn't even a UHaul representative and I was charged for the first month. I could of just went to the storage that I picked the UHaul up from and came out cheaper.
