Service was very fast. Overall I think we were there no more than 20 minutes to pick our U-Haul up.

I only dropped off here so I didn’t see any personnel. It was nighttime and pretty dark in the lot. Not a well lit U-haul location, just a business parking lot. I had to stand in a messy area with metal and wood and weeds to take my return pics. I was late making my return and they didn’t harass me about it which was nice. Just one call. I’ve heard some places call and call and call. So thank you! It was a long hard drive.
JAIMEE HMaybe move the key drop box but that’s it , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure you understood everything before you left the lot . I would recommend and use them again!!!

CLAIRE NAwesome dude running the place, had an issue with the trailer in transit to my destination, couldn't get ahold of assistance so I took car of the issue, when I spoke to customer service they were AWESOME and extremely helpful in every way. Anytime anyone needs a rental im sending them right to the location I went to

Nancy MThe employee at Diamond Motors went above and beyond to help us, staying probably 45 minutes after they were supposed to close to make sure we were taken care of. The customer service number we called was terrible. i was placed on hold for almost 40 minutes, and then when my partner called, he got through before i did. Then we were given the run around about dropping the trailer off at diamond motors. I would give your 800 customer service a ZERO score. The only reason i would use uhaul again is because of the outstanding service provided to us from Diamond Motors.
