pick up was a total screw up .... Drop off was a total screw up
ross aI was dropped off at this location and I stood outside for a half hour. i was a little early, but the employee that worked that day was late and when he got there he stayed in his car for a few more minutes. Once he got out, he was on the phone talking to someone. He walked by me and didn't say good morning, didn't say I'm sorry for being late come on in. He just unlocked the door and went inside. I went in and he was logging into his computer. He turned around and asked, "Do you have a reservation?" Very unprofessional.
Jason NTerrible service with no one on staff
William SThe tow dollies have a problem with the lights not working on one side and the one that was working on both sides stopped working on one side randomly about half way through the drive and wouldn't turn back on.
