The drop off was a little confusing. I saw a parking area with trucks but you would have to go thru the storage facility.and need a code. However just across from the facility was an area sort of like a cul-de-sac where I was able to park.

Ryan FI have always liked this location - on Modelwood, in Beverly Hills. I wish the app would update the truck storage lot, so it didn't argue with me that I wasn't at the right spot. I know this isn't about the location - but fix the app. I had to live chat both times to extend my reservation, because the app was having errors!! By the way - the guys...gentlemen...that work at this location are always a pleasure to deal with. Also, this was the nicest truck I've rented yet - in my two plus years of nearly monthly rentals... But I keep wondering why no cruise control!?!?!?
Charles NUnreported damage to the truck, fuel level claimed by location was incorrect, and cargo area was dirty. Location needs to do a better job of checking in equipment.

SCOTT AIf you really want to improve Uhaul services, stop changing return schedules for vehicles. 4 times in the last 2 months, I have reserved a 10' vehicle with my nearest Uhaul dealer only 3.5 miles away. Each time, either the night or the day before my pick-up date, Uhaul changed my pick-up location. This added extra mikes to my contract. Twice I refused and chose a different date. Twice I couldn't because my clients had to have their delivery on specific dates. The last time, the location of the dealer was 14 miles further than my local dealer. Do I had to drive 18 miles from my home to pick up the vehicle and 18 miles to turn it. A total of 36 miles ($36) in addition to the extra gasoline the mileage cost me. As we know, your vehicles get horrible mileage. So we can add $10 extra for fuel. I paid $46 more than I should have, because Uhaul decided to let another customer have the truck an extra day, forcing me to pick up my reservation from a dealer much further from my home. This wasn't the dealer's fault. It was U-Haul corporate that made this decision in the middle of the night before my reservation date. If there was an alternative to Uhaul, I would be using them now. I have been a U-Haul customer for years. But this crap is unacceptable. Did I mention that it also cost me an extra 2 hours if my time? I think U-Haul, when it makes these decisions to accommodate one customer over another because Uhaul can't keep enough vehicles on hand, should compensate by giving a mileage credit for the extra distance they force a client to drive and a fuel credit for the extra gas they need to purchase to cover those miles. James GThe app never loaded so I dropped the truck off at this location. The staff was More than helpful and it was a quick and easy process. Much better than using your app that is not user friendly at all!!!! I received a hard copy and Email of my reservation receipt .

JOHN TAll the men who did our move were so fantastic!!! They were professional, efficient, so careful with our stuff as if it’s their own belongings, and they all worked so quickly to get everything done earlier than planned. It was so hot the day of our move and they never slowed down. I will definitely use this location again for our next move and will be requesting these men to handle our next move too because we were so impressed. Their names are Miguel, Avery, Patrick, Aton, Josh, Dumisani. I cannot say enough great things about them, they were the best movers I’ve ever had.

Anthony PWas told to return truck by 9:43a We went there at 9:15a to return. Wasn't opened, checked hours says it opens at 9:30a. By 10:30a no one showed up. Then we downloaded the app to return truck that wasn't working. Called in spoke to two people, second person tells us app doesn't work right I need to use website. By 11or so the truck finally got returned. Why did no one tell us they would be closed when we pickd up the truck. Why does the website post hours that you are not honoring. Why the fuck does it take us over two hours to return a truck?? NEVER EVER AGAIN

Dave FI was NOT able to pick up my truck at this location and time that I had a reservation for. U-Haul changed my reservation time and pick up location without informing me. This location was wonderful trying to secure a truck in the time frame I needed. This was NOT possible. U-Haul ruined my moving day. Putting me 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I was notified by text 10 minutes after my pickup time. I was already there to pick up my truck. I had to drive 25 miles away and 1 1/2 hours later to get a truck. SUPER BAD BUSINESS. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS 0 stars for U-Haul. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. Do not recommend.
