Have a front counter/ customer service people that actually enjoy doing their work. The young guy I had an interaction with did not once had a nice attitude , it’s like he doesn’t wanna work there at all. I found it to be rude. Overall, a good service , a good rental u-haul place and the nicest one that I interacted with was the old nice man who took me for a ride all the way to my u-haul; 5 stars for him!
ASHLEY BHad a problem with the car hauler, which nobody would help me with told me to spend $300 and stay in a hotel and go back to the facility the next day if you look up my reservations, you’ll see how many reservations I have with you all believe me after these reservations, which I probably will change. I’ll be doing business with someone else probably Penske.
