Jim was excellent with the check in process and explaining items needed for my need. Jim also demonstrated connecting the trailer to the hitch and my truck. His patients was appreciated. Upon return... John was also excellent and patient detracting the trailer also demonstrating the detachment process. I will use this facility again and have recommended to family and friends. The site manager was an excellent employee. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was right with my rental, and he went over and above and in regards to customer service. I would definitely use uhaul again just based on my interactions with him.

The man at this location whoevevr is working there charged my account a gas fee and we had already taken care of the gas in full. I had the reciept for gas and 3 witnesses and he tild me there was nothing he could do. I was forced to call a supervisor.

When I returned the truck the gentleman took my little U-Haul folder and the key. I now have no receipt. He said I would get it in an E-MAIL. So far I have NOTHING! I have no idea what was the final charge on my credit card. This is not satisfactory service. I am not a happy camper.

Reducing the time allowance to 2 days is unrealistic for a move. I rented a truck approximately 3 years ago and many times prior to that and the time was 3 days for such a trip. Trying to load, drive to destination and unload, especially a 26' truck is ridiculous. As a result, I will most likely just buy a trailer and forego renting a truck from U-Haul for future moves, unless it is in-town / local. U-Haul is falling short on its customer experience as a result.

Our experience from start to finish was poor. From complications making the reservation online. Then being assigned another pickup location only to be told to go back to our original location. Extremely long wait times. The agents couldn’t find our reservation at the Lecanto store and then there were issues at the Diamond Storage store. It was an utter mess. Eventually my fiancé got in touch with someone on the phone who was very helpful and kind. And gave us some free mileage to compensate for the hassle. We would have been happier if the experience was better Unfortunately our in-store experience was not a good one.
