No directions for drop off prior to drop off Pulled into parking lot of office and was told to put truck in lot outside complex I had to back into on coming traffic with a trailer to park truck in outside lot After attendant told me where to return truck He said just bring him the keys and went back into office Did not offer any assistance to back out of entrance to storage area

Rick PWe did a night drop off on Sunday so we did not interact with anyone at this location. But they were prompt with the check-in of the vehicle and informing us that everything was fine and closed out.
