After a 1300 mile trip, my first flustered request was for a bathroom, to which they directed me to no questions asked before they knew I was a customer. After, noticing my exhaustion, they made the process as incredibly smooth as possible and helped me get the best trailer I needed for a return trip. Hospitality is not universal, yet this gem shined like the Diamond it's named after!

randy eI had a problem with truck were the gas went faster when the brakes were applied it happened at two inspections and in my drive backing truck in I call uhaul for them to find problems but could find none he drove for about 20 minutes put on at least 10 to 15 miles and I had to pay for the extra miles my move was local would not have put 54 miles in one trip I als paid for extra gas he was wasting that was not my fault on the truck that was a 2017 he thought it was the mat on floor pushing on pedals when I was driving.
David RThe drop off was a little confusing. I saw a parking area with trucks but you would have to go thru the storage facility.and need a code. However just across from the facility was an area sort of like a cul-de-sac where I was able to park.
