We had our rental from 9-1 and due to the lock being broken we could not get our rental until almost 10:00. The owner had to come adjust the lock to open it, this was extremely frustrating as we needed to have the uhaul at 9am.Joseph C.

I received the truck with no gas and had to get it before I could start my day. I was compensated for the gas I put in so everything turned out well. I just think it should have been fueled prior to pickup.Gary G.

Shut them down, they are rip offs and scamm artists who call and threaten there customers and take money off there card days after returning the equipment then when questioned they get loud and threaten to come to your house... we had a agreement and they broke it then charge my card for over 190.00 for a overnight tow dolly rental. They was closed for memorial day and Tuesday for some reason I was told to return the dolly on Wednesday I would not be charged. Lies all lies they are pos bad people and do not deserve to be in business and represent uhaulMarshall P.

The u-haul rented was suppose to be a 20'. When we got there, it was only 15'. Because of that, we had to take another personal truck that was having break problems. So a 7 hr trip ended up taking 10 hrs. When we got to the storage unit, all the boxes on the "over the cab" shelf was all wet on the bottom.kevin H.

The process was supposed to take 20 mins total to get my U-Haul but since the first location didn't set it up right we wasted an hour of our original start time before we could even get started it was a huge inconvenience and we couldn't get it all done because the help we had didn't have enough time because the original time was messed upJoseph C.
The left turn signal did not work the moment I got it to my home. I am unsure as to whether it was in that condition upon pickup, as the person who connected the trailer wires was the one who checked the signals. If they were working, then it was simply not well maintained as they quickly went out. If they were not working from the beginning, I was lied to. Either way, the left turn signal did not work and I drove 1,100 miles without it.Nicholas C.

I reserved the truck more than a month in advance in Champaign and had to drive all the way to Danville an 80 mile round trip out of my way because you didn't have the equipment where you said it would be. Ridiculous.Carmelle G.

It would have been helpful to have a checklist in advance to know what to expect at pickup time. We stopped in during business hours to get a quick run through since we had never used the self check in before. The clerk didn't know anything about it and the one person in the office that did know about it wasn't there. As far as the cleanliness of the van, it was obvious that the last person who rented it had muddy shoes. There was dried mud on the floor mats and in the cargo area. I swept out the cargo area before using and again before returning it.Jackie H.

The air conditioning was not working in the 26' truck. It was a miserable, hot, sweaty 10 hour drive in humid 90 degree conditions. The reason I would not recommend this location to a friend is because it's far from where we lived. This was not the location we had reserved the truck, but there was no truck available at the location we had a "reservation". This was a 2 hour round trip from where we originally reserved a truck, so we had to drive our car over to this location and then our car and the truck back to where we lived. We got a $100 discount for our troubles which was appreciated, but overall this was not a great way to start our move.Timothy C.

My reservation was for 8:30. They got there at 9:30. They told me they didnt open until 9:00, but called me the day before confirming my 8:30 pickup. I could not get a hold of anyone at any of the phone numbers on the shop. If you want to help someone in the future, send them somewhere else.Larry E.
