They did not check mileage or do any walk around of the truck to see current damages or check lights/brakes prior to me taking the truck. How can they verify the mileage for what I actually drove? They asked me, prior to renting, how many miles I thought I would drive and charged me for that. It was nothing like my previous experience with another Uhaul rental company. I will not rent here in the future.

I paid for my U-Haul with my card and was told systems was down so I had to pay cash an my money would go back on my card and I still haven't seen it ! So I basically paid for my U-Haul twice !!! And now don't even have all the money to move into my new place due to this .
