The drop off, I dropped the truck off on time and now uhaul trying to say I dropped it off late...i called the woodland Ave location between 9am and 930 to see say the drop off location was closed...SO UHAUL WANNA CHARGE ME!!!!...I SEE THE SCAM I WILL NOT RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED!!!

The Google Maps navigation guides you to an entrance on 30th st that has no access to the lot. The lot access is on Vineyard Lane. I would suggest updating this through Google to improve the experience for other customers.

Manuel GThis location is horrible. None of their phone numbers work; they are all closed lines. I returned my U-Haul and both dollies, and now they're trying to claim the dollies are missing. This is ridiculous. I will never use UHAUL again, let alone from this center.
Laurie CDrop off was closed. Got a call telling me the gas was on E. I filled it up at the gas station across the street and took a picture of it. They are trying to scam people. Don't trust them.
CHRISTOPHER HSome improvements in safety issues for dropping off at night is my only concerns. However my experience with U-Haul from Georgia to Baltimore was great. Customer Service was great, the truck was well cleaned and no mechanical problems. Thanks so much
