This experience was ABYSMAL! I don't know where to begin-- The photograph on the website was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the actual address, it shows the Book Thing Store instead of the lot where the car is yet the directions say that the keys are located in the parking lot of the Book Thing (they are not..) I called Uhaul, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE after repeatedly calling. After 20 minutes, I had to go into another business to ask for help. Turns out the parking lot was across the street in a back alley.. I go down the street and the lot is no where to be found nor is the "brick key post". After asking yet another business, the parking lot has CONSTRUCTION GOING ON, blocked the Uhaal from view and trapped in the van I rented. To make matters worse, after this ONE HOUR of trying to locate the car, with no one answering the phone, the van reeked of cigarette smoke and had a nasty spill of some coffee along the inside seat. I had to drive a long distance and the gas tank was NEARLY EMPTY with 10 miles until E! I had to pay for the extra gas right away, and I STILL GET CHARGED afterwards for not filling up the tank! This is a complete disaster and feels like a scam, DO NOT GO HERE!

The drop off, I dropped the truck off on time and now uhaul trying to say I dropped it off late...i called the woodland Ave location between 9am and 930 to see say the drop off location was closed...SO UHAUL WANNA CHARGE ME!!!!...I SEE THE SCAM I WILL NOT RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED!!!
Janelle BThe Google Maps navigation guides you to an entrance on 30th st that has no access to the lot. The lot access is on Vineyard Lane. I would suggest updating this through Google to improve the experience for other customers.

Manuel GThis location is horrible. None of their phone numbers work; they are all closed lines. I returned my U-Haul and both dollies, and now they're trying to claim the dollies are missing. This is ridiculous. I will never use UHAUL again, let alone from this center.
