Make sure the vehicle is reasonably clean, inside and out. I rented a 15 ft van that worked very well for my need and was clean inside . However, the outside was not and I had to waste time cleaning windows, mirrors, lights etc. I had difficulty understanding the vendor as his English was very poor but manageable. I will definitely rent again but probably not from this vendor.

SHANE WOnly needed the van for 8 hours, the owner billed me for 3 days. I received no refund when I dropped the van off
Benjamin M- train the staff better I could list a number of ways to do this but will it make a difference or does anyone at U-Haul care?
