Van was dirty both outside and inside. Staff was helpful but not easy to understand due to language difficulty. Location is convenient but not much choice.

Robin LBox and cab were dirty - 5 minutes with a broom was all it needed - windshield was cracked and had a through hole covered. Radium office was very difficult to communicate with ESL
