They are charging my card $191 in addition to the already charged $93. -Fuel was at 50% when I picked up the vehicle and refilled to above 50% before returning. -Returned before time was up and left keys in the drop box. Why am I being charged $191 in addition to the initial $93 which should be the final charge? Seems like a sketchy and scammy location. U-haul please resolve and vet your locations better.

Have a legit business. I arrived and had to call a lady and give her my information she called another guy to hook up trailer. One I light didn't even work. Away I went .....I dropped it off and saw no one

VICKIE PEmployee was 10 minutes late arriving to work Truck rental was used for one day not the 2 day requirement, refund was offered but at time of billing, no refund given. Also, laborers were hired to load / unload truck. Loading went great. Laborer's ( BUSY BEE MOVING ) did not show up to unload. No one at Uhaul or Busy Bee would assist in finding a resolution. Total disregard of responsibility. Will never use these companies again!!
