The trailer was rented on 4-13-2026 to be returned on 4-14-2026 per the rental agreement. The trailer was dropped off same day (4-13-2026 - 6:47pm) one day prior to rental agreement.(Have pictures to prove drop-off day / time) Direct Car Brokers Inc. / Fort Myers, FL. sent an invoice for an additional day of rental that was charged to my credit card.?? Contacted Direct Car Brokers Inc. twice, was told she will check into the over charge and get back to me. Never received a return call in reference to the over charge.??

Actual facility was closed on a Saturday. Had to go next door and call the U-Haul rep. When returning vehicle got an email 3 days later stating I did not return vehicle. Called and was informed that the representative had not yet checked in vehicle. Should not of had to call to verify return
eleanor bThey are charging my card $191 in addition to the already charged $93. -Fuel was at 50% when I picked up the vehicle and refilled to above 50% before returning. -Returned before time was up and left keys in the drop box. Why am I being charged $191 in addition to the initial $93 which should be the final charge? Seems like a sketchy and scammy location. U-haul please resolve and vet your locations better.
