Dropping off or picking up at a location that does not have any personnel on the property lends for many issues. My original pick up location was a lot with no people there. After an hour of attempting to access the truck on line only to find there were no keys!!!!! I had to go to another location. Very frustrating process.

Lindsey HMy overall experience for this location was ok . But the location I previously went to on Nacogdoches really screwed up big time. When I went to pick up my truck self serve.it was parked in between 2 other trucks . Which therefore messed up everything for my move. Took 2 hrs on the phone with uhual to resolve the issue but had to get resigned to this location which therefor messed up my move more. I'm highly upset. And will be contacting the location. They said I would get a discount for the trouble n no discount was given

WOODY CThe store was great. U-Haul and your useless app were not. What a pain in the @ssets!!! Due to the issues I had trying to book and then return the trailer, I cannot recommend using uhaul, even though the franchise vendor was excellent.
