HECTOR RPlease do not say you “called” the day before and then actually call the morning of to tell me that I won’t be able to go to my original pickup location for the truck. My booking was made 3 weeks in advance and it was extremely frustrating to have to drive an additional 120 miles round trip to pick up the truck from the new location. I was only given 80 miles as compensation.
FRANCISCO EThere was no vehicle available at the location I reserved it at. I had to drive 60 miles out of my way to get the truck. They charged we $30 for vehicle coverage which I had declined on line. I would like this refunded to me.

JOHNATHON PRental process at the site is kind of slow and took a lot of my time scheduling for the length of expected time I had. But understanding it’s for safe of both sides, I agree with the procedure

Kristen NThe app is really bad.. first it would not locate me to allow me to get the truck. I had to go to the website for the gps to work right. Then every additional contact I put in would be denied saying they didn't answer. The contacts I used was next to me and the phones never rang after they received the text message. My wife had to call uhaul to be verified..very poor check in service.

Guilherme MThe inside of the cargo hauler visually looked clean, but smells of urine. The cargo hauler needed to be washed to get rid of the smell of urine. It was parked behind the store in a parking lot and it was not locked. Someone was probably using it to pee in.
Kelli WThe truck's brakes are not good, when I took the highway I felt that the truck would break at 60 mph, it is really very worn out. The person who helped me was very kind.
Kenneth MI'll start by saying Chris deserves the highest u-haul honor possible. My family and I went through a very stressful moving situation but Chris was able to alleviate so many of our stresses. He held a truck for my family because we were having a hard time finding a 26footer. He made so many sacrifices for us in terms of taking the time to answer all of my questions even at one point when i was calling and I'm sure getting on his nerves because i was calling every day. He never waiver and repeatedly told us he just wanted to do everything he could to help us out. It's people like Chris that are living proof that genuinely kind and good people are out there in the world. I pray that he's blessed beyond his greatest imagination. Thank you for all you did for my family chris God bless you.

This time he help up find the best route to help with cost since we had to drive over 200 miles to pick something up and bring it back instead of waiting and paying shipping. Paul HWe did a self drop off. Didn’t interact with anyone. Just parked and dropped the truck off.
Richard BThe equipment I paid for was not in the truck. Luckily the store was still open and they were able to give it to me but it took an extra 20mins and I was on a time crunch. Also the instructions to get the keys were not clear at all. We had to search around the whole building for the lock box. The online mobile process was horrible as well and took an additional 30mins just to get additional approval/verification in order for the check in instructions to even generate. I had to call twice and wait on hold. Never again
