This was strictly a drop off location… But took the appropriate pictures to verify everything and put the keys in the box so nice large lock and super convenient for us!

Christina PThe gentleman at the counter was really helpful and advised me to reach out to U-Haul directly about the misleading information on our return. When setting up a return of the truck, the only closest location to our new home was over 20 minutes south which added the allotted miles even though there’s a U-Haul location 2 minutes away north. This location was not given as an option and it was not confusing and frustrating knowing that we couldn’t choose this location as a drop off and forced to pay an additional charge for the “extra miles”
