I was charged twice the amount for the rental of a 4x8 enclosed trailer because of a "high demand" time but there were 2 of them in the parking lot. I supposedly submitted a customer service ticket that I should have heard a reply to within 3 days, but have not heard a thing. And definitely haven't seen a refund or a deposit. Needless to say, I would not recommend unless you're doing local moving! You need better contracts that itemize in detail specifically what you are paying for. Why you charge for days not needed, because it takes that long to drive x amount of miles, but you don't charge by the miles. You are robbing people!

SEAN STerrible pickup and drop off experience at this location. Both times the rep didn’t know how to use the Uhaul software and we had to call uhaul reps to get involved. During drop off, the photo uploading software wouldn’t work and u-haul’s solution was for me to uninstall and reinstall the app. The rep at the location had no idea what to do. I finally just left as I had fulfilled my obligation with the vehicle being returned where it was supposed to, when it was supposed to, and with the appropriate amount of fuel. Delays on both the front and backend of the rental easily added an hour of nonsense to my day. I will never rent from a non uhaul facility again. They simply don’t know what they’re doing.

CONNOR WHorrible customer service here. Did not help with process of how to check in and check back truck. Then got a bill stating more miles than I did and I checked truck back in one day early and they were calling asking if I still had truck. Never use U-Haul again after this experience.
Donald CThe lady behind the counter was trying to be helpful but everything she did for the rental was over the phone to some unknown person. She didn't do anything on her own besides send pictures of the hookup. The worst part is that she asked me to send a picture of my credit card over a text message to some random phone number. When I refused, she just read my card number to the person over the phone. Unacceptable. It was the sketchiest thing I've had to do outside of a 3rd world country. It took forever and was extremely frustrating. The only way I'd recommend this location is if I was trying to exact some sort of revenge on someone.
KYLE EI have rented from this U-Haul location twice, and unfortunately, both times the service has been far below expectations. The cashier/owner consistently prioritizes other customers in the store over U-Haul renters. During my most recent visit, I had to wait 45 minutes to complete my reservation while she helped people who arrived after me, including those playing back-to-back scratch tickets without stepping out of line, and other unrelated matters. I politely (albeit slightly irritated) asked if she could assist me, noting that I had been waiting longer than many customers she was serving. At that point, a gentleman playing the coin pusher machine told me to “shut up,” and we exchanged words. To my surprise, he claimed he worked there and suggested I disconnect the trailer and leave if I didn't like the service. Shockingly, it turned out he did work there, and this behavior was evidently acceptable, as the owner said nothing about it. By the time I finally got my rental, I was 45 minutes behind schedule, which caused me to hit rush hour traffic, miss my pickup window, and turn a two-hour task into a four-hour ordeal. To add to the frustration, the trailer I rented was dirty, with large clumps of dry dirt inside. As a frequent renter with a perfect track record of returning equipment on time, clean, and with a full tank, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I will not be renting from this location again.
Thadeaous MService was not good. They sent us out to hook the trailer up alone there were maggots all around it. It was like the gas station attendant was put out that we were there to rent it.
JENNA BThe person was eating when I arrived and told me to put the trailer next to the building. and check it in only online. This drop off spot was a gas station. There was no pull through and she didn't come out to help me guide the trailer as I backed it in the spot. She (I didn't get her name) did come out after I was all done to see if I needed any help checking in the trailer.
WENDY KHorrible experience, got the code the box which was difficult to open and finally got it opened and there were no keys! The lady inside was holding my phone skipping through and approving the pictures without me even looking at them. She kept saying I can’t give you the keys with out a certain screen even though I showed her everything. Never again!

Emily DI would have had liked to have gotten my refund back for the day that I didn’t use the trailer but U-haul didn’t accommodate that, that alone would make me not rent from them again.
JOAQUIN MThe pricing is ridiculous! It says rent for $19.95. I used the truck for 2 hours and I got charged $60 plus I had to put gas. That is super misleading and I will never use U-Haul again.
Marilyn OHad to wait 5 minutes for her to finish her conversation with other employ who was taking care of gas customers. I had to open back door because of her nails. Had to park and unhook trailer myself after she did a light check. Never seen anything like this before.
Dennis JMy digital reservation (via app) showed that I declined the $8 additional insurance coverage. I declined again while talking to the U-Haul representative on the phone, when straightening out a misunderstanding by the rep on location. I was still charged the $8.

Sean HIt’s a gas station, they are not equipped to serve as a U-Haul dealer. No connectivity and understaffed, I had to connect and disconnect trailer myself after waiting 30 minutes for the cashier trying to find and process my order. No safety check performed (test lights on trailer) because cashier didn’t know how to do it. The return of equipment was worse.
Fernando CThis location being renovated. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and kind. He saw I was hot and gave me a bottle of water. The parking lot is quite small--I think this will be better once renovation is complete. I will use this location again.

greg rThere is one attendant at this location -- responsible for the U-haul equipment and all of her gas / snack / lottery customers. She told me to hook the trailer up myself, and then she'd come take pictures of it. She tried to be helpful, but needed to pay attention to her normal gas station customers. I won't go back there.
Steve FThis location is a gas station with one attendant. She had very little idea how to set up my rental and didn't know how to check my hitch once I hooked it up. It took nearly an hour to pick up the trailer I reserved. There are way too many extra steps required to complete a rental. I wish I was able to have an account with my info and picture saved since I rent something twice a year. I really wish the trailers came with a jack so that I can disconnect a loaded trailer when I need to. I was disappointed by having to drive past two uhaul locations to get to the location that had the standard sized trailer I needed. Overall, I'm going to have to find a different company to rent from. I can't support the ridiculous hassle it took just to rent a trailer.

The van had a broken windshield and the interior was already covered in dirt from front to back. Then when I went to drop the van off the app again failed to work and let me return the van costing me more time. And I still have more things I need to move.
Colton FNice people but… no counter where U-Haul clients are seen. Vying for time against gas station clients. No printer/ scanner so required to do things on app, wasn’t advised of this in advance. No help with the app which isn’t working well.

Grant STruck was dirty. Asked for 12 pads only got eleven. If I wanted more I couldn’t have asked for them because I had every one in their inventory. Had to wait continuously wait the light my transaction while the attendant addressed other customers because it’s a convenience store.
John MWhen I called the phone number several times, no one answered so I checked out via the u-haul app. There wasn’t a drop off box so we had to go in & get the lady behind the register. She was helpful but because no one answered the phone several times, I had to figure out the app process when I probably didn’t need to (returned the vehicle before 5:00pm).
Paul CThis location made it hard for my reservation. The lady who worked my transaction, wasn't helpful and didn't refund me my deposit. I had to call customer service for that.
