there was no-one there when I went to drop off the truck. I had to leave the key in the drop box. According to the opening hours the location should have been open.

Many of the locations in Florida refused to take the truck until I called Uhaul routing and they contacted the drop off location and ordered them to take the drop off.

The agent at the location was very nice as I arrived as she was leaving for lunch. She agreed to process my order for the truck which was much appreciated. The truck provided a shaking and bumpy ride throughout my 1000 mile trip. Not sure if that is normal given the truck but man was that tough on my body. All and all it got the job done. The trucks outside was pretty roughed up but not unexpected given the miles and use.

I called the phone number several times to make certain drop off location was open but no one answered the phone. I drove to location and parked the truck and again called, phone rang for several minutes with no answer. Just tried to CK office and surprised that they were open and a very nice young lady accepted the keys.

The individual at the location wasn't notified that I was to pick up the truck that morning because I didn't get notified until 6pm the night before. Fortunately there was a 10 footer on site. but whwn I opened the truck there was a dolly and a number of pads in the truck which means it hadn't been looked at or cleaned out

firstly it seems like the employees are always on lunch. My pick up was bad I had to wait. I returned my truck at 2pm and they put it in at three. They charge me gas when I return the truck where the needle was. This means U-Haul sucks as a company

You system changed the pick-up location. I got a text message, but while that text message contained the address, it did not mention the change. I'm probably not the only customer who does not have the original pick-up address memorized to notice the difference. Your text should at least tell people of the change. So we went to the wrong pick-up location. We were delayed and then directed to the changed location, which had the truck and dolly. But the "correct" location did NOT have the pre-ordered furniture pads per my reservation. So we had to go BACK to the prior location to get furniture pads. So your text messaging should be improved if the pick-up location changes AND your pick-up location should have the pre-ordered materials available. Not impressive.

Made reservation 2 weeks in advance spent 2 hours chasing down a dolly to move furn . Vehicle was not serviced had paid people waiting to load the truck was told at unsullied no need to do walk around truck I purchased safe move so I would be covered. I had get on road quickly I loaded the truck. When I stopped for fuel in Georgia looked at rear tires all rear tires bald uhaul sent out in a ragged truck over 600 miles that truck was rattling everywhere . When got to my home in North Carolina got my stuff out of the truck moms attic was leaking all over everything had some electronic stuff in moms attic I had double bagged in plastic. I haul could do the right thing and give me a full refund for putting my life in danger on I 95 I had to drive 11 hours with a truck that should not have left Florida . I spoke five different people to get this truck for my move I am a retired Army veteran I have 3 sons in the military. I took a lot of pictures of the vehicle condition make it right I have no problem letting the military know how uhaul takes care of their customers.

Best experience I have ever had with Uhaul. The lady at the counter was awesome. She had everything ready (except they were out of furniture dolly's, but she quickly made it right). We were out of there in hardly anytime. Same way with check in afterwards. Super clean facility, excellent customer service. Will highly recommend that anyone in the Lady Lake area need a moving truck to definitely use them. Hopefully I won't be moving again for sometime but if and when I do they will be the ones I will call. Thanks!

The U-Haul system failed us as customers at the destination end of a long move: The return location on our instructions was a boarded up gas station which had clearly been out of business for a while, the national customer support phone number had no reliable information either, we had to Google alternate possibilities, found some place, and were then told we might be charged extra for doing so. Get your Corporate act together!

This location is fine, but your customer service in general is lacking. It is very difficult to find a drop off location. After a 1500 mil drive I do not want to drive an additional 25-30 miles out of my way to drop off a uhaul.

1) I called earlier and was told the office was closed for lunch until 2:00PM. I got there at 2:00PM, no one showed until 2:15 and it's was 92 degrees outside!! 2) They ripped me off on mileage. I did not put 41.9 miles in the vehicle and the odometer starting mileage was wrong by at least 10 miles. I looked at the odometer a couple miles down the road and again when I left my house. I put less the 30 miles on that truck and I can prove it.

The manager and her assistant Regina both where very helpful and made this experience very good. They go above and beyond to help us to make sure all our questions are answered and taken care of. I will only be using this site for our moving needs.
