Steven H.I was given incorrect pricing and did not know it until the back end when I received my final billed amount. Additionally their computer system was down and therefore they would not let me leave with the truck I rented until the system was back up and running. After an hour I was finally able to leave but missed the movers I had hired to help me.

MARGARET B.Ladies behind the counter were very courteous. The problem was they were not trained at all. Took an hour and 15 minutes to rent a vehicle, again not their fault. I fault management for putting them in thi position which I'm sure was very uncomfortable and stressful on them with us standing at the counter

Marylyn O.when I returned the truck I asked if she would give me a receipt and she said that I would get an email (note I was the only one there - she could have easily walked outside and reviewed it with me- as it was the first time I have used Uhaul I didn't think about it, ) - I did a day later with $150 damage charge which it didn't have! I am going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Also I bought the best damage protection - not that there was any but, why am I getting charged?

Gary W.The inside of the truck was very dirty with spilled drink in the cup holders. The gas was at more than half a tank and much less than 3/4. I was charged for some gas and was above 1/2 when returned. Too subjective. Should always be full when you rent.

Charles W.I rented 26' truck. It got stuck at the very entrance to the rental location due to steep driveway. They did not tell me about that hazard. They couldn't help me get it free. A man stopped and said he rented same truck from same location recently with same result so I know they knew of the issue. He says that he paid $450 for tow truck to free him. Fortunately for me a man with big truck with a winch stopped and got us free. It was discouraging that they had no real concern that the truck was stuck on their own property I had not driven it even 100 feet but I was on my own to take care of the problem. Also, even though the truck appeared clean in fact behind the seats were a lot of dog hairs that made the truck smell bad when I opened it up the second day because of the humidity and moisture of a heavy rain the night before.

Virgiiinia H.Vehicle's condition and cleanliness were outstanding, best rental I've ever experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful, although one accessory reserved for was not in the vehicle. Only suggestion I'd make is to ensure regional U-Haul personnel are consistent in communicating operating hours and policies the same as the local rental office. Overall however, great experience and will use this location again and will refer others as well.

LESTER B.The confirmation sent me to the wrong location. I had to drive 9 miles further and back to my home. I had chosen a location 1/4 mi. from my home. The wrong location called 800# and found out right location. They quit U-Haul 3 wks. ago for this reason. Disc. Mini storage did a great job for me and gave me some discount. It put us over an hour behind. Will hesitate to use U-Haul again.

norman B.there was no-one there when I went to drop off the truck. I had to leave the key in the drop box. According to the opening hours the location should have been open.

The truck provided a shaking and bumpy ride throughout my 1000 mile trip. Not sure if that is normal given the truck but man was that tough on my body. All and all it got the job done. The trucks outside was pretty roughed up but not unexpected given the miles and use.
Marc O.I called the phone number several times to make certain drop off location was open but no one answered the phone. I drove to location and parked the truck and again called, phone rang for several minutes with no answer. Just tried to CK office and surprised that they were open and a very nice young lady accepted the keys.
