Allison, the desk rep, is EXTREMELY disrespectful and lacks the decency of a normal human being. This isn't the first encounter with her saying she "doesnt give a shit" when we give her info on the vehicles (broken or items that need looked at) or the reasoning for having to extend our booking by a few hours. Im 100% sure Uhaul allows rental extension. After having it out for 12 additional hours, we returned it where she threatened to call the cops for "stealing it". Even though we were in constant communication with her. Total rental time was 4 days, but of course she rang It in for a week long rental... we'll be seeking legal advice for corperate theft. We're a company that rents 50-80 uhauls a year and she will also be the reason we no longer use Uhaul. With soo many company's to choose from out there, customer retention should he a higher priority.

No windshield washer fluid in the truck. No dollie in truck. They told us they would not charge us extra as long as we returned it sometime the next day because they were closed. Said to put it back over where we got it. Charged us for gas even though we filled it to where we got it. Was really nasty on the phone arguing about where we put the truck. Charged us for two days of insurance. Even if we dropped the truck off on the property we could not because other truck was blocking entrance.i would never recommend this establishment to anyone and will tell people do not rent from them. Very disappointed with staff and experience.

The 26' was parked on the side grass of the office in an uneven area and difficult to maneuver out without going forwards and backwards and turning to extreme right then driving up on the asphalt driveway before pulling out on the street. Goodness it could have been left for us in a more easier leveled driveway I think. Everything else was just right. A good experience.

The trailers are great. Location is professional and have my trailer most the time. Wish they were cheaper to rent and I would rent it more often. But uhall is a great place to rent anything.

NO polite, NO friendly team. Since beginning looks upset whit me, the reazon probably because they don't have room. I thing these team doesn't like Latin people, because they mention in to the conversation..."OHH...LATIN!!! ....PROBLEM!!!!"

Inspect tires…..we had a blowout 1 hour into our trip. Also, the trailer registration was 3 years expired…..this should NOT happen! We realized it when the tire blew and worried the rest of our trip that we would get stopped. I will say that the tire repair service was prompt and courteous. Upon return. There was no place to leave the trailer

When I arrived at the office there was no one present in the front counter/office area. I could hear voices from a back room. After about 10 minutes a man with a yellow safety shirt came out and I asked him about the person who did the truck rental. His answer was “they are busy” and then he walked outside. After about another 10 minutes a lady finally came out from the back room. I had to get her attention so she could acknowledge my presence. I told her why I was there and she asked for my last name. Then she went to the back room and I waited another 10 minutes when a man in one of those bright yellow safety shirts came out and asked for my drivers license. He then went to the back room. About 5-7 minutes later he came out and asked me to sign for the truck. Then he went to the back office again. A little later he came out and looked for the key and gave it to me. I went outside and found the truck blocked by another U-Haul truck. The same guy found the key to the truck blocking my rental and moved it out of the way. I then realized they did not return my drivers license so I had to go back inside to get it. When I went to leave the parking lot was completely blocked by vehicles from the adjacent business. After a few minutes a truck driver came to his truck and moved out of the way so I could get out of the parking lot. I will never recommend this location for U-Haul rentals. Poor customer service is most of the reason.

Location drop off hours 9am. Waited until 9:40am then had to leave truck/key without seeing anyone. Very little available space for drop off due to gate closure. Otherwise was convenient.

Great trailer and they have it most the time. The steel trailers rust away and are junk so I just rent a uhaul. Less trouble and maintenance. Location is very close to me and a friendly staff.

I am a 67 year old man and was expected to llify the cargo trailer off the bumper hitch. I am not a weight lisfter and had to hire help to remove the trailer. I know there is a devise that can be put on the trailer hitch to jack it up.
