ANDREW RThis is for UHaul, not the location I picked up from. I rented from a specific location and without my knowledge my pick up was scheduled at a different location. Luckily I checked the rental and was able to change it back to my preferred pick up spot. If you have locations with lousy feedback, don’t change my reservation to that location. I purposely chose a different location based on the other one’s rating. Very frustrating to have to edit the reservation back to the original
