your form doesnt work on mobile, specifically the check boxes. i spent 2 hrs going back to the house to fill out the form so i could check in. after check in i needed to uplod my license which again your website doesnt work and you need to be a wiz in technology to figure out all the permissions in safari for everything to work, then uploading the photo was jot allowed via your website so i needed to download your app. and then wait 30 min for an agent to respond and approved. after that i spent 30 min on the phone to get the code so i could retrieve the key from the box, so the 2 hrs i spend in the morning running around, the employees i paid extra for wasting their time and and to deal with the billion dollar company that cant pay a web developer to test their website, definitely wont recommend you to anyone i know. i would prefer to spend more on budget rents that using another uhaul in my life. i expect to be reimbursed without me calling my credit card company. so whoever is in charge of customer satisfaction submit this to your system process analyst so they can fix this terrible process flow because the first impression u are giving your customers is frustration, anger and regret. sabonges@gmail.com 954-732-6901. alex sabonge

Please inform customer that a last verification will be needed during pick-up. It picked up earlier in the morning and my wife was sleep so they could not verify her information right away and delayed the pick-up process. The other verifications such as a passport, tenant lease, etc. is not an item the regular person would have with them to take a photo of to verify. Please refine that part of the process through U-haul but otherwise it was a great experience. The local office Discount Postal Services were excellent!! Thank you!

the place that I rented the truck are not profecner doing buissnes I rented rented a truck and they gave it to me with no gas and they told me that it was my fall because I sign that it had half of a tank of gas and it was enty and told me that it was my fall because I sign fot it

This location was not where I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. At the first location (APSC 6100 Johnson Street, Unit C) the vehicle was available but no lockbox no attendant . Despite having reserved it at a 24h location I was left alone in the parking lot with no help . I called the number provided no one responded and no one returned my call. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting. I had to call customer service for further assistance and the operator sent me to that Pine location. There I was able to successfully retrieve the vehicle. Please ensure that next time the vehicle is available and the location is open or have lockbox to accommodate the customer for safety purposes.

trucks in horrible condition... almost killed myself in the highway.. lost 3 hours of my time.. had to pay a fee in my association for the delay.. not even a discount from Uhaul.. never again...

Truck has obvious mechanical issues. Wheels were unstable and make rattling noise - most likely a bearing issue. Safety was a concern as a result.

The first location I chose was changed and I had to drive further to this location to pick up the U-Haul and then the truck had no A-C for two hours of the drive.

My husband was charged a $7.00 fee for the usage of the dolly attached to the inside of the truck. My husband never used the dolly. He brought his own dolly from home. The seal was attached to the truck's dolly the whole time it was in his possession. We called to have the charge removed and was told from the owner that the dolly's seal was removed and that meant that my husband used the dolly. We continued to explain that it was not used and that we didn't appreciate my husband rbeing accused of something he didn't do. The owner hung up on me. This is the first and last time renting from this location. We used the Pines Blvd location and never once had a problem.

This company continues to access my account for miscellaneous added charges! Such as car wash of truck??????? Why? What unauthorized right do these people have to use my account one month AFTER the initial rental of truck! Or how about billing my account 6 times

The only draw back is the closing time for pick up, but was very convenient for drop off. The staff was great.

I initially requested to rent from a location near my home. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle, the vehicle was not available. I had to make 5 calls to the central office and was given a location 8 miles farther away which ended up costing me extra money. The telephone help was terrible, except at the end. I will think twice before renting from UHaul again!

They made a mistake in my mileage and overcharged me 100 miles. I had to call and argue with the manager. These kind of errors are unacceptable when it comes to these details that impact that charges so much.

For Headquarters once a truck reaches a facility and extra pair of keys should be made snd kept safely for following issues. Happen to me in hialeah rented a truck no keys on sight misplaced snd had to wait for snother truck to come in 2 hours. Today a block away at gas station locked truck since i had keys in ignition to see gauge level needed to go back put more $ and walla locked myself out. Well went to store where rented truck and no spare keys. Luckily the garage next door the gas station was equipped and helped out. Therefore a word of advice so u dont loose rental and keep your customers. Make a copy of each truck key wether it comes from Buffalo, Chicago and drop in Florida etc... elvi3elvi@yahoo.com

Staff is very rude and unprofessional! We rented a truck on Tuesday (the 17th) and explained our moving situation and told them we would be needing the truck for a few days. The manager said it was ok as long as we had it back by Monday (25th) first thing in the morning. We got a call on Thursday from one of the workers who left a message stating that they were waiting for the truck.. When I called back the manager answered and said "don't worry if you need to keep it passed Monday I have another truck we just have to fix the brakes but if I don't fix it on time I'll let you know so you can bring it Monday morning " on Saturday he called my husband YELLING saying he needed the truck ASAP and that we were suppose to bring it today! (23rd) and hung up on my husband he said that's I told him over the phone that I would be there today which was not true .. (We agreed on Monday 25th) so after my husband told me I called back and tried to ask why he said that when we agreed and he yelled at me and hung up on me too! Very rude and unprofessional !!!!!!

I don't want to take anything away from them it was a great experience and this is very minor but they did not have covers for the mattresses available to purchase. The staff was empathetic when telling us and are very friendly & fast even multi tasking to make sure everything was moving smoothly

Everything was awesome / However when we opted for the 14 dollar insurance that we had reviewed on line because we estimated over 400 miles it only gave us the option of 28.00 other tan taht everything about out experiance was perfect / and this location has the best customer service we know beacause we have delt with other u-haul locations.

Change the software application to reserve the equipment on line to only show the locations that have the requested type of equipment. I reserve one location, I received an email with a different location and then I went on line and I saw a third location to pick up the van. I had to call to ask where I was supposed to pick it up.

Even though I did express online check in, they told me all that doesn't matter and I had to redo all the info again. Doesn't seem to make sense to me. I was on a tight schedule and that didn't help. The truck was nice and clean.

The gentleman who is in charge, Luis, apparently is not very familiar on how to operate the computer to enter the information. Then, when I returned the truck, one of his assistants claimed that I had driven it with the emergency brakes on. He apparently thinks I have never driven a truck before, besides, if you have the brakes on, an alarm will sound (I know this because of my experience driving trucks). I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Renting trucks with a full tank of gas is easier to re-fill than trying to return with a quarter of a tank, I ended up returning truck with more gas and costing me more.

Friendly staff, if a little unfamiliar with the computer system. I'd say your system needs to be a little more user friendly. From what I could see on the screen, the girl at the desk couldn't find a way to tell the system that neither of our reserved dollies was utilized. She had to issue a credit/reimbursement. It's just unnecessary and not intuitive enough in my opinion.

Hard to find in shopping strip. Employees very friendly. Received truck and was told it just had a pm. However, on the highway a light came on about oil. My husband check the level and it was ok. Told the people at Need More Room (Return site in Crump TN) about the light. He said that sometimes the reset button is not reset. However he would have it checked out.

I would like to say thank you to Lou for being so helpful. My family and I needed to rent a U-Haul truck at the last minute. He was kind, professional, and quick to help us. I am very pleased with the service I was provided at this location and will definitely take my business there again.

Some times when you move, no all the space is used, for that reason is necesary to put inside the u-hault trucks sometime like the 53 commercial trailers have, is a rail whit holes and you can attach a strap to hold the freight. This help to keep que moving secure and no damages. Thanks cesar.

You can not let the one guy I spoke to talk on the phone he was very impatient and he cursed. My husband wanted to pickup at 9am and the text said 12 and they wanted me to call since I made reservation. The guy was very nasty and said he don't play by your rules. My husband picked up truck next morning and spike to the day guy and he was very polite, I wish I could tell you the night guys name I'm guessing but he sounded middle aged and Spanish . I am going to have rent a truck again around the end of january so will see what happens with that
