I rented the truck in Oxford was called and asked to pickup in Hamilton (20 min away) when I got there couldn’t get truck keys then sent to pickup truck in Richmond (40 min away) pickup wasnt great but the people on the phone were nice and helpful.
Jeanine KTerrible experience. The app works well but I had to make three reservations in the span of a couple hours to get the equipment I needed. I intended for a one-way rental but I was unable to rent from the first two locations. I had to drive an hour away and make a one-way reservation.
JAMES WTruck I reserved was not returned in time so I was put into a different truck of the same size (no problem and he was accommodating). However the plate # didn't match to that of contract and was unsure if that mattered. The link to upload pictures that I received didn't work either. Finally, I declined SmartMove coverage and was charged.
