Tire light on. Drivers window did not roll up. No furniture blankets or dolly. Drivers scan didn't work and no other option for uploading.

There isn’t a return key box to be found. There was a very small office and I left the key with her.

DONOVAN LWas located in a truck yard. Was very hard to distinguish as UHAUL. Small wooden shed was the recieving office in a truck yard.
D. ASo difficult to find in a truck rest stop. The rental office is in a tiny storage container that no one was available. We had to call a phone number and leave many messages, finally after a long while a lady drives to the storage container in a utility vehicle. With very limited counter space to do business on, I could not find my paperwork with all my confirmation UHAUL numbers on. The lady put it in her drawer. Other men coming into this storage container talking over us while we are trying to talk to UHAUL Customer Service for another issue. We received the keys and only a half tank of gas. Driving out of FL and into Georgia, the front windshield gasket on the drivers side falls off and slaps against the driver window. We had to stop at the next gas station and buy black duct tape. We taped it all the way home until we drove through the rain and the tape would not hold anymore. We had to take the gasket and pull it into the cab and roll the window up to hold it. When we got into the UHAUL, the windows were dirty with dog nose and dog facial fluids. The dash compartments and all the door compartments were dirty. Of course, we cleaned the windows before we returned the UHAUL.

Michael SThis was not really a U-haul location, rather a truck stop. I couldn’t find where to drop off. The worker eventually “helped” me but was clearly annoyed that I was there.
