Terrible service. They gave us the wrong truck and they couldn’t figure out where the truck that we were supposed to get was. There was a lot of stress and aggravation dealing with this and it still has not been resolved because they said they were going to give us money back, and I still have not received any compensation for our troubles
SHARON WIt is a truck yard and the check in process is a bit different and not what most might expect, and in fact, some might find it a bit scary or sketchy. However, it was a great experience and the young man that checked us in (from a tiny little portable cube office in the truck yard) was very helpful. And you could tell that the U-Haul rental business was not the primary business. It all went fine, but if you are expecting a “typical” pickup a rental experience from a U-Haul store, this won’t be it! Lol

AVNISH CTire light on. Drivers window did not roll up. No furniture blankets or dolly. Drivers scan didn't work and no other option for uploading.
