To Whom it May Concern: TRuck picked up around 9:00 Saturday morning on When we picked up the 20 ft truck at Discount Truck and Towing, they were not open. The truck was the dirtiest truck I have ever rented in my life. The inside of the cab was dirty with pollen all over the dashboard, seats and everywhere. Someone must have left the cab windows and doors open for an extended amount of time to allow that much pollen accumulate on inside the cab. Also they were food wrappers from Steak & Shake left in the cab. Previous renters have also spilled some sticky substance all over, could have been a soda or something. You need a better system for tracking if different locations carry the different products you offer(appliance Dollie’s, blankets, etc.). The past two times I’ve rented a truck I have added an appliance dolly to my rental, the first time I had to go in and they took it off but the second time no one was at the location so at the end of my rental, I clicked the check mark before I paid to dispute the charge and was told someone would call me to discuss what was wrong. I never received a phone call but I did receive a receipt with the appliance dolly included on the receipt. Overall a good experience besides the poor inventory transparency. I don’t mind paying for what I use, but it’s frustrating being charged for something that wasn’t available, especially when I tried to follow the proper steps to dispute it. I’d still use the service again, but I hope this kind of thing is addressed moving forward

BARRY AThe trailer was not sitting on anything and there was no one to help me pick it up and put it on my trailer which I should have never had to do no one was there to assist hook up nor was there anyone there to check me in I had to go across the street to the truckstop to get a lady to help me that worked in the truckstop that is where they pointed me to. I will never go back to this facility again I will do without equipment or trailer before I do this again I rent trailers from U-Haul often on throughout the year for work purposes. This is the worst I have ever been treated when I came back and returned the trailer. No one was there to help me to remove it from my truck, which is understandable a lot of times after hours I could not lift the trailer and strain my back trying to get the trailer off and put it back in the spot where they had it originally it was on a downhill slope And I could not remove it over all. This was a very bad experience. I usually do not have this experience with U-Haul. This is not a very good facility at all.

Adrian WIt took 3 and a half hours to get the keys to the truck. Bc the business had no clue what to do. I had no furniture dolly I ask for and I was late getting to my storage and was unable to get it all bc I had to go to the new apt to get my key before the lady left for the day. It causes slot of problems. When I spoke with customer service he was rude and said that a couple of mistakes were made by the employees and that it wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be. I told him I was disabled and having to do all this my self with minimal help I ask for an extension for free and he agreed. But later on that night he text me and said when u drop the truck off you will need to pay.
