I was charged 3 times for the same rental

Adrian W.It took 3 and a half hours to get the keys to the truck. Bc the business had no clue what to do. I had no furniture dolly I ask for and I was late getting to my storage and was unable to get it all bc I had to go to the new apt to get my key before the lady left for the day. It causes slot of problems. When I spoke with customer service he was rude and said that a couple of mistakes were made by the employees and that it wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be. I told him I was disabled and having to do all this my self with minimal help I ask for an extension for free and he agreed. But later on that night he text me and said when u drop the truck off you will need to pay.
