There are no signs that it's a U Haul location. Took ame a few minutes to understand where to go to drop off the car.

The charge for the extra miles was excessive that waste my storage building in Idabel couldn't locate one that size in Broken Bow .Also the gas was full when I left Idabe. Can't believe it needed that much .

The truck inside was dirty and I called the owner and told him and he said it wasn’t that big of a deal to sweep it out. I said I shouldn’t have to. He said I should have checked it before I left. I did not know I had to check the inside of the back of the truck. He told me I would have to clean it out or be charged when I returned it. I think he could have been nicer about the whole thing.

I paid to use car dolly and couldn't use it because straps would not work. They were stuck. Equipment needs to be checked and make sure everything is working before next customer rents

I was charged 4 separate times once for the renting of the trailer once for 162$ that was refunded and the charged again an additional 162$ and then 200$! The location I used was closed today so I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone.

The representative in Broken bow , OK was exceptional to find a solution for our reservation. He went above and beyond to make sure our plans and needs we meet.
