The inside of the uhaul was not cleaned very good. Then to top it off it cost 175 bucks to rent a truck for six hours. I received an email saying i owed for fuel when i took a picture and filled to exactly where my pic was before i even started the vehicle. Last u haul i ever rentANDREW D.

Remove unwanted and not requested rental items from trucks. I did not use a dolly that was in the truck I rented. I was charged $7. When I questioned the charge I was advised that a seal was broken. Why would I question a $7 charge when I left the truck with obviously more fuel then when I started. I didn't use the dolly.Leslie B.

The lady at the desk didn't seem to know much about the payment process... also there was some trash left behind in the truck so it makes me believe they have zero covid protocols in place. You'd think they'd have to check the trucks for that exact reason. If they do then they don't do a very thorough job.BRIANNA A.

Debit machine did not work , I was there 30 mins trying to pay. No fault of staff but was very frustrated. Was not pleased that my return time would not reflect this issue.Mary D.
I very seldom rent a truck but my experience at Diverse Storage was excellent. The representative at Diverse Storage was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Wayne F.
The ordering process is easy and the pick up process is absolutely stupid. They want to call your home to verify it's you. Um excuse me but you have an actual picture of my photo ID. Plus I am paying with a freaking credit card, also approved identification. The on line verification was difficult and it wouldn't work to upload a picture of my DL. So the lady at the counter used her phone. That is not secure for me and really didn't want to do that. How do I know with identity theft that she is safe? Lastly, when returned my rental she checked the van out and kicked the tires. Do you know how stupid that is and looked? Overall it's more difficult with computers than filling out paper rentals ever was!! I would take any other opportunity for moving before using uhaul. Poor rating from me!! Also having uhaul not in their own business ensures that these outlets really don't know how to use your systems or have mechanical knowledge!!TRACY F.

It took an entire hour to pick up despite processing check in online. Agent was completely untrained and relayed it was only her second day. She was on the phone with the help desk the entire transaction. Then after making us wait the whole hour our drop off time wasn't extended to accommodate the wait.ramond H.
