Choose a different location! I was harassed by a random man about parking my car when picking up the u-haul, and this gas station is so small there is nowhere to park. He threatened to get my car towed even when I was parked on the tiny gas station lot and would not leave me alone. The store clerk was very unhelpful, and tried to charge me $160. He then said $71 when I complained, and I was still charged an extra $50 I’m not even sure why. Also, I had a dolly requested on my order, but didn’t realize it was not in the truck until I had left. Store clerk refused to remove it from my order so I paid for a dolly I didn’t even use. Instead of being helpful he decided to argue with me about it in a tiny gas station filled with waiting customers.

The pricing was not transparent whatsoever. I was under the impression we were going to be charged MUCH less. The gas was at half a tank when we left and we returned it with half and we were charged for not returning it with same amount. The back of the truck was full of drywall dust that got all over our equipment. I was not offered the insurance which is optional yet that was billed toward me. I also called the location twice to ask questions about my bill and was never given a call back. Never again will I use U-Haul.

When you get there they want to charge you to park your car.It is a scam. I won’t use uhaul again.

Fix your app! I had many many problems using your app. Including not being able to get back in after checking prices on a few things. Very big hassle in many ways. If I didn't know and trust the U-Haul name I would have gone elsewhere because of problems with the app.
