Business stated it opened at 10am. Another customer left due to waiting too long. Both employees didn't show up to work until 10:20-10:30. I already filled out questions and made a reservation, the employee who took care of us was like a sloth from the movie zootopia, having us redo the entire process of what I already filled out online. I've rented trucks and dealt with Uhaul for many years and Uhaul on Regency parkway in Dixon was absolutely the worst experience I've had with the company.Rachel C.

The truck had cigarette aroma and the radio volume was broken - couldn't control it accurately.. Nothing terrible but worth mentioning. PLEASE Make sure that the trucks are in good running condition, the truck I rented needed maintenance and was a little scared driving in the hwy. Also if the location does close during lunch make sure you have the hours of actual operation on the website and do mention the time is closed during the day for lunch and brakes.Mayra G.

Was scheduled to drop off on Vaughn street storage. Guy was super rude and unhelpful and said to take the truck to another location. I did and that location was closed. Called the guy back and he said to take it to a third location. Told him i dont Want to drive around all day and he said sorry but go to the next spot. Thankfully this location helped me and he was very nice. Very frustrating that no one informed me that Vaughn street would not be accepting trucks and turned a 10 minute task into an hour long problemCarolyn B.

I arrived at 9:50, the storage office was not open, so I decided to come back later. When I arrived at 11:00 AM The attendant initially declined my reservation stating â€˜ you can't take that truck, it's going out today.â€ â€œ You should have been here at 10:00â€. I was stunned. I had packed up the house (family of 4, including a preschooler and a toddler) and movers were on their way. Finally a gentleman came from back office and fixed everything, but I received no apology. Terrible service with no regard for the popularion they serve. Ready to deny a paying customer a moving truck that was reserved right in the middle of a move.ERIN F.

What you can do to improve this location is hire another manager. This man is so rude he actually hung up on me after I called him to inquire about the gas charges. I have spoken to him before on the phone and he is always very rude and even when I went in to pick up my truck he was not willing to do anymore than he absolutely had to. I'm trying to file a complaint against him and I can't get anyone in the right department I keep getting shifted everywhere. This is not the first time I've heard about this man's attitude and how rude he treats his customers. You really need to have A talk with him or replace himCHRISTINA T.

I'm very frustrated with the reservation process. I rented a 15' truck for pickup a at Dixon location that was supposed to open at 9am. However when my 2 helpers and I got there, we were told that our truck was not at that location but at another location which was supposed to open at a later time. This was very inconvenient as we had to find the new location and wait for one more hour for the new location to open. We wasted an hour in labor charges. However, during the hour we were waiting I called your customer service an Dee indicated we would receive a $ 50.00 credit for the inconvenience. I hope that this is true. ThanksJOSE T.

Overcharged me and lied to me. I should have been only charged 40 for my trip but they charged me 99 the day if and another 92 the next day the day of return for an in town rental. I am suing. And reporting the charge to my bank.KATIE S.
Returned the truck with the correct gas even a little over the marked amount and was still charged extra for gas and was told it was not enough gas. Please charge people for what they use and not try to make a little extra on stuff like this .HERNAN G.
