The driver side mirror needs to be worked on as it needlessly swing while on motion and this is a safety hazard for drivers as they can't see the rear side for good clearance before turning left.PETER W.

I feel like we were robbed by uhaul. We made a reservation for a cargo van for 4 days for an event we were doing. We had made a reservation over the phone to pick up for Wednesday the 19 (April) to the Sunday 23rd. When we went to pick up the uhaul, the cargo van was not there and upon looking up our reservation they said the representative on the phone had booked us for the wrong days. Instead, they gave us a truck which we did not ask for. We were told the total cost wouldn't be over $350 and to use the truck. Upon returning the uhaul truck on Sunday our cost had soared to $470 and some odd dollars. We feel like uhaul completely took advantage of us as this was our first experience with them. We had gotten a call from a Domenic Paesanno the following day and let us know he would provide a discount in our emailed receipt. When I took a look at our receipt in my emails, there was no discount provided whatsoever. My first time experience with uhaul was absolutely horrible. If someone can please reach out to us and provide the discount we were told we'd have, so we don't feel completely used and robbed , I would really really appreciate that. As of right now though, I would never recommend anyone I know to ever use this service. We used and payed for a big truck we never reserved or asked for or needed! The location was very close to my home which was great. The van had no gas. As I was driving the gas light came on. Upon returning the vehicle, I asked the lady the cost. She said everything was sent to my Email. But i did not receive anything. I also wanted to know what the cost was. I don't think this was an unusual request. She just kept saying that she sent everything to my Email. My husband and I followed her to check the vehicle to make sure everything was OK. As we were walking back to her store. My husband asked her for the cost and he told her we did not get the email. This turned into an argument with her and my husband, which she walked away from. She told him don't ever come back to her store. I went back to her store and told her I did not receive anything she sent. She kept saying I sent it I just have to look for it. What I don't understand is if I told her I didn't receive the email why did she not just say she will resend it. I even said to her I'm not calling you a lier. Finally she resent the receipt and i received it. This experience was horrible. She has no patience or customer service skills. I will rent from u-haul again, just not this location. I have actually used u-haul many times and have never had this problem.ann marie C.

I drove my truck for 14.5 km and the lady denied to give my money back also forced me to put the gas in the truck for 15 km I drove. l mean REALLY SHE THREATENED ME WILL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE GAS MONEY. Poor customer service at location - the computer was not logged in even after 10 minutes of opening. The store location was a mess- middle of a clean up. The rental was given empty tank and I returned the same - yet I was charged. Terrible service and will not use Uhaul for my housing moveSuresh G.

When I have booked uhaul , I have also booked trolleys and other supporting equipment which I could not get while I was picking up at this location. You should not have take booking if you don't have stuff, it's like giving someone hope and then disappointment. Seriously not ethical and really painful to move without equipment. The lady who was managing at the uhaul location did not know anything about on-boarding. She was like you have to log in by urself and everything Do it urself and really pathetic client experience. I would never recommend someone to get uhaul at this location for sure. Even she didn't know how it works - like giving away keys or taking back . Don't have much words rather than sheer unhappiness, ridiculous disappointment and totally non professionalSagar B.
The operator does not have any of the equipment I had booked with my rental but she still charged me full price, forced me to come in the night before because she had 2 bookings for the morning I booked the truck and she only has one lock box. She then tried to charge me for an hour extra even though I returned the truck 15 minutes early, and because she had booked the same truck an hour before I was due to return it, I could not fill up the gas back to the 1/4 tank it was at when I rented it and I was charged the service fee, and for the gas. You can revoke this persons operator license as she does not know how to run the business.Gurkirat H.

Remove this location in general. It is in some random residential parking lot that never gets ploughed so when I went to get the truck we couldn't get it out of the snow no matter how hard we tried. Y'all had to cal a tow truck for up and the whole experience lasted 4 hours and set us back majorly. When I called the person in charge of the location they were rude and mocked me for saying uh-uh (to confirm that I understood what they were saying). They weren't helpful at all in telling me the location of the lockbox, which was nowhere near the trucks. It's ridiculous and the whole experience was beyond upsetting.Irina F.

Firstly improve your customer services, and hiring maximum staff which can handle volume. Secondly I was not able to start the truck and had to waste my one hour in starting the truck that too without good assistance. Moreover I have yet not received any refund from the less miles driven?? What the hell could have gone right in my experience!! All was worst experience! O like the person whi was knowledgeable and kind. However it seems that the location doesn't have the stock for accessories. I needed another dolly and my pads but they didn't have them. Which by not having those made my Moving longer as had to improvise to protect my items tÃ´ move them in and out of truck . Gladly we extended the time to Move which almost went over time If you could help the location to have more accessories would be great.Oscar G.

The lady at this location yelled at me that she does not give deposits back to call uhaul. She was beyond ignorant and is an absolute disgusting representative for uhaul. If I was uhaul I would shut her down immediately. She stated while I was on the phone with uhaul for my refund she couldn't process my return, it was uhauls system that wasn't working. I brought the truck back 24hrs early. My return wasn't processed until the next day at 3pm. At this point I had called uhaul 4 times and was on hold an hour each time just to be told she hasn't processed my return. Once my return was processed and I called uhaul a 5th time, it was stated that the disgusting lady said she gave me my deposit cash!!!!!! she ABSOLUTELY did NOT!!! NOR WAS I RETURNING TO HER TO GET IT! it took my uhaul worker on the phone to fix her damn mess!!!!! I am beyond disgusted, appalled, I can't believe she lied about my deposit, (this must not be the first time). Once uhaul by telephone fixed my refund I contacted this lady to confront her for lying and trying to steal my money, she swore at me, called me names and hung up on me. I STRONGLY suggest you investigate this location. If this was my 1st experience with uhaul, I would NEVER use you again because of her. As I have used uhaul for many years, I know this is unacceptable behaviour and it needs to be dealt with.NANCY A.

The mobile pickup was not user friendly. Instructions are very confusing and took a very long time to figure out how to get the key for the truck. There is no contact number for customer support. Calling the general contact number for U-haul results in being put on hold forever for a simple question. Very frustrating. I will be sure to never use mobile pickup or return or recommend it for others.Edward W.

Owner was not available at the time of pick-up and was very rude. U-haul charged for a 2 hour delay even after I notified ahead in time. They confirmed over the service call that I will not be charged extra. Even after repeated follow-ups no resolution in site. Will never use U-haul in future again.Prateek G.
